East Thames acquired 30 affordable homes within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets from Vision on a land design & build package…..We also agreed terms to acquire a further 12 affordable units within this development on a subject to planning basis. Vision has recently completed the acquisition of Ogilby Housing Society site, Wellington Street, Woolwich, London, which will see the demolition of 5 existing residence blocks and redevelopment of the site to provide 4 contiguous apartment blocks of between 7 and 13 storeys. It has been a pleasure to work with Vision in getting this project over the line. Your pragmatic approach to negotiations has been greatly appreciated and without doubt, has been a major factor to us agreeing the contract. This is the first project that Home Group and Vision are progressing and together and will hopefully not be the last.
