We are looking for a forward thinking pragmatic Manager who has experience in New Build Residential Apartment developments and has a proven track record of taking projects out of the Ground through to completion. We would welcome those who are also at Site Manager level and are looking to make that move to the next level. Our new Development in Herne Bay is set to provide 20 no. new Apartments for Private Sale and finished to a high specification directly adjacent to the Sea Front and High Street areas. Project Update – Yelverton Road, Battersea The Gullies have been installed on the roof with 100% of the waterproofing and insulation now complete on the roof. The balconies have also been waterproofed up to the 16th Floor. Internally the works are also progressing with the SVP connected from the basement to the roof, plumbing mains in the corridors are up to the 15th floors now. The mains cabling for the 1st fix are up to the 16th floor with the drylining partition walls also completed up to the 16th floor. The 1st fix for the ventilation ducting and sprinklers are complete up to the 16th floor.

At our Roslin Road project we have started internal works with the M&E 1st fix now up to level 7 and the Drylining 1st fix now at level 12. Externally the scaffolding is now fully erected and the Brickwork is now completed to level 5. Wall closing has now started from level 1 to 3.

Job Alert - Kitchen Package Manager - 4 Month Contract

Kitchen Package Managers Position – 4 month Contract commencing January 2023 We are currently seeking 2no Package Managers to oversee and Manage the delivery and Installation of 178no kitchens to separate projects in Acton, London W3 and Battersea, London SW11. We are looking for Managers with proven experience in Internal fit out on high end residential high-rise apartments preferably with a Carpentry trade background. The successful applicants will be responsible for the kitchen packages as detailed below. • Ensuring that the required elements to complete the Kitchen installation works are contained within the delivery to site from the Manufacturer. Logging any items that are missing and ensuring that all missing elements are re delivered to allow the works to be completed. • Overseeing the Sub Contract Kitchen Installers loading out the kitchens to the respective apartment units, ensuring that the correct elements are loaded out to the units in good condition. Part of the role will be noting and logging any damage that has been caused to the kitchen units during the loading out process by the Sub Contract Installer as well as any items that may have gone missing during this process. • Liaising with the relevant Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to ensure that the M & E services are in place and to the correct position to ensure that the Kitchen can be installed to suit the programme and layout plan. • Managing the Kitchen Installation process, agreeing and monitoring programmes with the Installation Sub Contractor and the Senior Site Manager. • Ensuring that the Kitchen is installed to the required standard, snagging the kitchen when offered for acceptance by the Sub Contractor, confirming that the snagging is complete, liaising with the stone worktop manufacturers and Installers to ensure that the templating works are completed to schedule and the worktop installations are complete thereafter. • Checking and signing off a QA form to demonstrate that each kitchen, its appliances and worktops are complete and in full working order and notifying the Senior QS of any outstanding issues or defects that are preventing the Kitchen package being 100% satisfactorily complete.

Blocks are loaded ready to construct the inner walls to the Basement meanwhile above ground Blocks B & C are almost at level 2 with Block A ground floor scheduled for pour in the next 7 days.

Project Update – Yelverton Road, Battersea The concrete frame if now 100% completed to the top floor including the lift shaft. Plumbing works are fully underway up to the 3rd floor and the SFS MetSec is now up to the 17th floor with boards fitted up to the 5th floor. Ventilation ducting is now at the 10th floor with the Sprinkler main pipes fitted up to the 9th. Scaffold is now erected up to the 16th floor with the Hoist going up this week.
